From April 28 to April 30 jazz students and teachers from Jazeps Vitols Latvian Academy of Music and Vitautas Magnus University’s music academy will unite in a collaboration dedicated to International Jazz Day.
The students will work in two international combo’s – one guided by Lithuanian Jazz ambassador Ludas Mockunas and another one by his Latvian colleagues Indrikis Veitners and Andrejs Jevsjukovs, together they will make a program in modern jazz stylistics. This international workshop will result in a concert that the listeners will be able to enjoy on April 30th at 17.00 in the Stone hall of JVLMA
